Animal Typing is an engaging and effective touch typing program suitable for learners of all ages. Through its interactive and entertaining interface, users can enhance their typing skills while having fun.

In Animal Typing, the speed at which you type determines the animal avatar you receive. Whether it's a snail, rabbit, horse, or beyond, the faster you type, the quicker your animal moves. However, be advised that accuracy is also highly valued in Animal Typing. To achieve the coveted cheetah status, avoiding typos is essential.

Users have the flexibility to choose between using the virtual keyboard or connecting a Bluetooth keyboard.

Animal Typing offers a comprehensive curriculum consisting of 28 lessons. These lessons are designed to gradually familiarize learners with the keyboard keys and improve their typing proficiency. Additionally, there are two separate sets of lessons tailored for children under 12 years old.

Incorporating personalized learning, Animal Typing enables users to import their own lessons directly through iCloud Drive.

The program features animated finger demonstrations that showcase proper typing techniques. By observing these visuals, learners can better grasp and implement correct finger placement.

Diverse keyboard layouts are available in Animal Typing including Qwerty (US/UK), Dvorak, Colemak, Workman, Qwertz (German/Swiss), and Azerty (France). Notably, the Kids Lessons are specifically designed for the Qwerty and Dvorak layouts.

Users also have the option to customize finger typing zones according to their preferences.

A convenient local user login system allows for seamless switching between multiple users.

For aided learning, Animal Typing offers a dictation mode where words are spelled out for users to type.

Advanced lessons are provided for utilizing special characters (e.g., 1234... #$%[]...).
